Replicant lets Fortune 100 companies automate their contact centres with an AI-powered "Thinking Machine" that holds natural conversations across voice, messaging, and other digital channels.

Their AI could handle over 30 million support requests without blinking, but the scale of their video production lagged well behind. So they reached out to kick their video machine into overdrive.

How I helped

I worked directly with Replicant's marketing team to produce several videos across their digital and on-site channels, using sleek motion graphics that melded with their established branding.

Announcement videos

Major company milestones deserve to be seen, so when Replicant closed a $78M Series B, I helped produce their "Thank You" campaign video. It features real audio from customers thanking the Thinking Machine for solving their problems.

Product demos

Replicant keeps improving the Thinking Machine's capabilities. This campaign demonstrates the new multi-language recognition in their contact centre automation suite.
